Shipping Rates and Policies

Once your scrapbooking order is received we promptly package it up and ship it direct to you via FedEx with FREE insurance and FREE delivery confirmation.. We insure all orders get shipped out complete and correctly. Choosing FedEX will allow you to receive your order within 14 days and tracking number will help so that you can track your shipment from your own computer, just visit FedEx click on track and supply the small amount of information required to get an arrival date and time for your scrapbook order.

Return Policies 

Within 30 days of ordering, return unopened items in the original packaging for a refund, not including shipping charges.  Return any item that is damaged within 30 days and we will refund your account or you may request a credit to you bank card. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process  

Back Orders:
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do occasionally exist.

If you order items that are currently not in stock the item will be removed from the order and the total adjusted accordingly.
